Challenge
Late rent was piling up. Tenants were slipping through the cracks. The old-school screening was about as effective as a screen door on a submarine. They needed a hero, and fast.
SOLUTION
Live video biometric matches that could tell a con artist from a conscientious tenant in a blink, and direct bank connects that made financial underwriting as tight as Fort Knox. For those a little old-fashioned, pay stub and bank statements PDFs could also do the trick.
RESULTS
Fast forward a year, and the numbers speak for themselves. Through the tech-wizardry of Verifast, Dayrise watched their delinquency rates plummet like a lead balloon in a lake. It was like flipping a switch from red to green.
